Nutrition and a Long Life

Futurist Ray Kurzweil and his buddy Dr Terry Goodman have a book called Fantastic Voyage (really should get into Amazon's affiliate program!), which is all about nutrition and life extension. I was interested to find a lot of the same information I've been finding on the web in the last year about nutrition and supplementation. They even have a short guide on their web site for the book.
