I don't think I noticed it before, but its pro-achievement. The message that you should do your best even if it makes upsets the existing order of things is quite clear. Standing out is OK.
There are those among us who achieved great things, without which there would be no personal computers, no Internet and certainly no blogs. They had to take risks and often fight great battles to do so. And they changed the world.
Pixar is just such a company, of course. I'm glad to see them standing up for achievement philosophically.
